Controlling fleas on your pet.
With the advancement of flea control like Advantage and Frontline, fleas are no longer the nuisance they use to be for you and your pet.

When you apply Advantage to your pet, the active ingredient, Imidacloprid, is stored in the natural oils of his/her skin and coat. This provides your pet with protection against fleas and ticks for a month -- even after baths and shampoos. In fact, your pet can romp in the rain, splash in the surf and get soaked to his/her happy heart's content without losing any protection against fleas and ticks. Advantage starts killing fleas within 1 hour of application and kills new fleas within 2 hours of coming in contact with your pet. The flea life cycles are then broken because the adults die before they can lay any of their eggs. In addition, the scales and flakes that fall off your pet are deposited in the environment begin to buildup and kill preadult developing fleas(Larvae). This helps begin to also control fleas in the environment
